WHAT CAN YOU EXPEXT FROM THIS TRAINING?

This training is provided by an enthusiastic and experienced expert trainer who loves nothing more than to help you increase your influence and persuasiveness.  
 
The Persuasive power training has a personal touch. Students will introduce situations from their own life to the group as an example. In this way the training is focused on your specific questions and needs. In addition, you fill out a form with a number of intake questions about your wishes in advance so the trainer can prepare for this.
 
Action reaction. From the Roos van Leary you practice with the four basic styles of behavior. You learn that certain behavior evokes different behavior, and what behavior this is, so that you can anticipate this early in conversations.

Bridging. Common ground is the playing field where the possibilities are located. The theory of S. Covey helps you with this; first understand before you are understood. You learn to “bridge” (bridge) so that you reach your interfaces faster and act in a common interest.

To influence. You gain insight into your influencing style push or pull and you practice steering and persuasion. “Chunken” helps you to strengthen the power of pull. In the afternoon you practice this toolkit of conversation techniques together with a professional training actor by applying it to specific situations in your work practice. Practice makes perfect, learning by doing.

- Challenges: 6 small assignments, which you can do at home (6 weeks)  

- Online training session 2 (3 hours)
