Springest B.V. is a SaaS provider that builds customer learning platforms for organizations. Springest also has a public platform, where providers of learning products can offer their services and where visitors can find, compare and book learning products. Springest is owned by Studtytube BV and has its offices on the Naritaweg 70, 1043 BZ in Amsterdam
For all users of this Go platform, who share a review via the review form.
On this Go portal Springest acts as a Controller of your data with respect to the review you place. When you share a review with Springest, you give us permission to publish your review on the public Springest Platform, and on the learning platforms of Springest and Studytube business customers. Your review will help other users decide on what learning products to choose. In addition, we use your email address to inform you about news related to your review. You can revoke this permission by sending an email to privacy@springest.com. At your request, we anonymize your data, but we keep your review. The information you share concerns your first name (optional), last name and email address. Your email address will not be shown with your review. When you also agree to share your review on your LinkedIn feed, your review will appear on your public LinkedIn profile, and Google will be able to index your review. Springest has the right to remove your review at any time without notice, for example if it suspects that the review violates any law or regulation or is fraudulent.
In order to perform our services, we might share your personal data with other parties. We call these subprocessors. With these parties, we have concluded Data Processor Agreements. Our subprocessors will only process your data for the purposes defined by Springest. These parties could be:
- Data transfers outside of the E.E.R.
- Your rights
- Data Protection Officer
Some of our subprocessors are located outside the E.E.R. With these, we have concluded Model Contractual Clauses as published by the European Committee. In addition, we carefully assess whether these subprocessors can offer an adequate level of protection of your data.
JYou can ask us to delete, rectify and transfer your personal data, and to provide you with access to your personal data. You can also ask us to limit the processing of your data, and you can object against the processing. Send an email with your request to privacy@springest.com and we will deal with your request. Please feel free to mail any questions, advice and complaints to this address. In addition, you always have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority. You are never obliged to share your personal data with Springest.
