Terms and Conditions of Use

These are the General Terms and Conditions (Terms) of Springest B.V. ("Springest"), having its offices situated at Naritaweg 70, 1043 BZ in Amsterdam, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce number 30239037). These general terms and conditions apply as of 01/04/2020.

Article 1: Definitions

  1. Booking: a booking request that has been accepted by the Provider.
  2. Booking request: the registration by a User for a Product via the Go-site, by means of completing the required fields and agreeing to the applicable general terms and conditions of Springest and the Provider.
  3. Customer: a natural person or legal entity or other organisation (business and/or media partner) at whose request Springest has created a specific Go-Site.
  4. Product: the product and/or service offered by the Provider, including, but not limited to, educational courses, trainings, courses and/or workshops, e-Learning courses, books and all associated materials and information.
  5. Provider: the natural person, legal entity or other Provider who offers Products to Users via the Go-site.
  6. User: every visitor to the Go-site who can proceed to make an account (among other things) on the Go-site, to request an information leaflet, to ask a question, to make an account, to carry out a Booking request or to write a review.

Article 2: Applicability

  1. Springest has built a Go-site on behalf of the Customer on which various services are offered to the User. These Terms apply to the use of these services by the User and all resulting agreements.
  2. Every User who uses the Go-site accepts the applicability of these Terms.
  3. Any change to these Terms will be made in writing. In the event of that, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

Article 3: Booking

  1. The Booking request of a Product takes place via the account of the User. In certain cases the Booking request is only complete after it has been approved by one or more persons designated by the Customer. After the Booking request has been completed the Provider will contact the User.

Article 4: Cancellation

  1. In relation to cancellation of the Booking, these Terms apply in addition to the terms and conditions of the Provider.
  2. Cancellation by the User can exclusively be effected via his/her My Springest account. Cancellations made in any other manner will not be accepted by Springest.
  3. In the event of an E-Learning or an e-Book, or another form of online education given at a distance, the User is not entitled to cancellation.

Article 10: Personal Data and GDPR

  1. Springest processes the personal data of the User on behalf of the Customer and does so in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation. The data processing of the User is further explained in the Privacy Policy of the Customer.
