Our trainers are fully certified and have extensive project management experience. This ensures you gain insight in both theory and practice. We also prepare you for the PRINCE2® Foundation exam, so that you can feel confident about passing the exam and obtaining the much sought-after certificate for project management.

Voorvereisten
There are no prerequisites for this course. However, a basic understanding of project management will be beneficial.
Doelstelling
At the end of the training you will be able to:
- Understand all aspects of the PRINCE2 method and its application in projects
- Define a business case
- Design the roles in a project management team and project organisation
- Define a communication management approach
- Make a product breakdown structure and flow diagram
- Define quality criteria and tolerances
- Set up a risk analysis
- Prepare, after sufficient self-study (at least 20 hours), to successfully pass the PRINCE2 Foundation exam, based on version 7.
Exameninformatie
This training includes a voucher for the official, internationally recognized exam.
The costs of the exam voucher are included in the price of the training. Shortly after the start of the training you will receive a voucher with which you can reserve your exam.
Bear in mind that you must plan your exam at least 5 working days in advance.
